Full and Partial Scholarships are available, because I believe that there is great value in learning and applying the Heartmath tools, science, philosophy.
When accepting a scholarship, please do not allow the reduced cost to signal a reduced value.

We ask these questions not to gatekeep, but to honor your readiness and ensure that scholarship spots go to those who will truly commit, and therefore benefit from this 5 week course.

Pay-It-Forward Fund
These workshops are transformational because they’re live, shared experiences. The power comes from showing up together - learning, growing, and witnessing vulnerability. This fund helps someone attend who otherwise couldn’t, making it possible for more people to be part of this community. Every contribution allows me to accept multiple scholarships per workshop.
